French School Circa 1910 : "house Of Tanners In Strasbourg"

French school circa 1910 "La Maison des Tanneurs à Strasbourg" oil on canvas stretched on panel 46 X 60.5 cm, mounted in a flat dark oak frame 53 X 68 cm. “In its own juice”, very dirty, cracks and small accidents.
Despite its condition, I fell in love because I imagine what this painting will give once cleaned, restored and varnished, with its impressionist touch and its superb underlying colors…
I did not see a signature, but as I did not dismantle it, perhaps under the rebate ? ..
All lovers of Alsace in general and Strasbourg in particular know this splendid Renaissance building, emblematic of the Petite France district, with its balconies overlooking Ill, home to a restaurant famous for its sauerkraut specialty.
