V. Duhu Hannouch : "still Life With A Chair 1951"

V. Duhu Hannouch (?): “Nature Morte à la chaise 1951”, mixed technique on strong paper 60 X 45 cm on the back of which appears an architectural project in watercolor typical of the time.
Small peripheral tears, lined with kraft, large strongly oxidized varnish that has gone through, (see the original color where the kraft is missing). In what appears to be a winter garden with a succulent plant and a screen, someone has left their knitting item on a chair near a straw bottle.
I have no certainty on my deciphering of the signature, having found nothing about it while obviously, it is in a beautiful hand. I deliver this painting to you while I can still climb into my attic where I have installed my "ripening room", namely a kind of picture bookcase where I stored quality works, but with an illegible signature, or even anonymous in waiting for serendipity to make me meet his brother in a catalog, a book or an exhibition, thus allowing me to identify them…
Oh! It still happens to me three or four times a year, sometimes on works acquired 30 years previously, sometimes the previous month.
