Oil On Canvas Portrait Man In Hat 18th Time

Oil on canvas depicting a portrait of a man in an elegantly dressed hat with his gaze turned towards the sky, his right hand resting on a book and his left hand holding a handkerchief. He is sitting on a rock the scene takes place in the middle of nature, behind him is a rock and in the background, we can see a building flanked on either side by two square towers.
The book is "The Works of Alexander Pope" esq. Volume II. A. Pope (1688-1744) is considered one of the greatest writers after Shakespeare.
At the bottom of the book, we distinguish a name Baldwin, signature of the painter?
