A note: wear and slight cracking of the varnish on the paint, see photos. * Suzanne et les Vieillards (or Suzanne and the two old men or even Suzanne at the bath) is a biblical episode relating the story of a young woman, Suzanne who, observed while taking her bath, refuses the dishonest proposals of two old men. To take revenge, they then accuse her of adultery and have her condemned to death, but the prophet Daniel, still a teenager, intervenes and proves her innocence. He condemns the old men.
