This pretty coffee pot is inspired by a very fashionable form in England at the beginning of the 18th century, under the reigns of Ann and George I, with the corresponding standard of the time: the Britannia (958/1000) indeed replaced, from 1696 to 1720, the old Lion Passant (925/1000).
