Painter of landscapes, seascapes, urban landscapes beaches. Victor Fournier was a student of Albert Maignan (1845-1908) He exhibited at the Salon des Artistes Français in Paris, of which he became a member in 1901. He received an award in 1902 and a bronze medal in 1906. He painted, in a palette harmonious beautiful scenes of Breton life.
