Pair of Louis XV armchairs stamped M. JULLIEN. XVIIIth period. These convertible armchairs are based on arched legs ending in small windings. The belt and the backrest are animated and molded. The armrests consoles are called “coup-de-fouet”. Armchairs stamped twice Martin JULLIEN, received master on July 23, 1777. Note: a cross member reinforcement under each seat. Traditional strap and horsehair trim in good condition. Tangerine-colored velvet fabric in good condition as well. Armchairs relaquered in gray and patinated.
