Magnificent Wakizashi with his very beautiful Niji Zaimei blade, (name in 2 characters) from the Edo period, “Bunka era - Bunsei: 1804-10 / 1818 ̴1830. Classified as Shinshinto, certified by the NTHK-NPO and his Koshirae en suite, of very high quality, his Tsuka with a very beautiful Same with prominent nodules, accompanied by his Kogatana signed "Kobayashi. Ise no kami Kuniteru ”and his Kozuka. The Fuchi / Kashira, Menuki and Kozuka are in suite. (Quite rare, and of some value ...). In fact, the blade would rather correspond to a Shinto blade forged by Yokoyama Ichimon in early Edo 1580 -1674. (Direct lineage of the famous Osafune Sukesada, 1st gen.)

Fuchi / Kashira iron with the theme : Kacho (flowers and birds) term used for the representations of Nature: flowers, animals. Shishi lions in tree peonies, ancient traditional motifs of Kacho-e or representation of animals and flowers (continued) - Material: Iron and brass covered with gold and silver leaf.
