Important, large and heavy 18th century Indian bronze oil lamp

Height 85cm and weight approx 10kg of bronze, turned.

The lamp is quite spectacular considering size of this very beautiful decorative element.

In 3 parts, the 2 upper ones soldered with tin, and screw step between this set and the lower part.

We can see several successive decorative rings / threads all along the lamp. The shape upper plate is a star with 5 tips and the grip of the upper end seems to refer to a flower (lotus?)

Very good condition and superb patine (oxidation on the background, green and copper red)
