They are not rare, the bronzes of the Venus de Milo and Diane de Gabies!
But the 2 statuettes of 30 cm each, presented here, seduce with their beautiful intact patina oscillating between brown and green, and their particularly fine carving. Their reduction was carried out by Sauvage during the first half of the 19th century! (noted in hollow on the terrace). They are much older than most of the examples of these statues. They are of identical size, to within 3 mm, and are of the most beautiful decorative effect in pairs. But they can also be sold separately.
