Extremely interesting collection, for politics and for war, as much for the secret anecdotes of several famous personages of this time as for the learned maneuvers, the great military operations and the exact descriptions which one finds there, with many other explanations. very curious, concerning the strength of the Places and the situation of the Places, mainly with regard to the floods made in the United Provinces; copied from the originals, at the War depot of the Court of France.
