This Portrait of a Man, from a Flemish School from the end of the 18th century,shows us a man posed, delicate, elegant in his simplicity.
Dressed in a green jacket with black reflections which opens on a yellow garment which is the spot of light in the center of the painting which catches our eye and balances the portrait. Her thin face with its neck masked by the white collar of her coat, is framed by her graying hair with smooth bangs and volume locks covering the ears. This painting is on its original canvas.
