Body mounted with a hammer in two parts, one cylindrical, the other tapered with a wide shoulder. The whole is placed on a molded pedestal, and is topped with a nipple cover, fitting steps, with turned brass knob. Lateral sockets with copper rings, beating on riveted plates. Angled brass tap. Median beads and edge of the cover decorated with cord. The general appearance is similar, in reduction, to the filtering fountains that can be observed in certain paintings by CHARDIN.
