Charming small oil on panel representing a mill in a lush countryside, by Géo Lefèvre. Géo lefèvre (1876 - 1953) was born in Clinchamps sur Orne. After studying at the Lycée Malherbe de Caen, he was a student at the National School of Decorative Arts by following the courses of Gustave Moreau. In 1897, he entered the salon of the National Society of Fine Arts. Painter of rural Normandy, he produced a number of charming small, colorful and fresh formats. Frame: 24.5 x 16.5.
