Basle, Chez Sébastien Henripierre, 1606; folio, preface + 499 + index + 380 + index, period full calfskin binding, ornate smooth spine, covers entirely decorated with fillets and a vegetal bouquet decoration with the arms of the House of Rohan in the center, slices golden. Good Latin edition of Homer's works with comments by Pindar and Daretis. The printer's mark (at the beginning and end of the book) is very beautiful, it represents a god blowing on a forge, all in a baroque frame. Superb work.
