1953-1957 he graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Helsinki.
1975 he printed his first lithographs in Johannsburg
1975-1977 he exhibited at the Basel Art Fair in Switzerland, sponsored by the Romanet Gallery, Paris
1979 One Man Exhibition, Paris
1990 Solo Exhibition, The Everard Read Gallery, Johannesburg
1997 The painter immigrated to France
