Magnificent miniature diorama representing a southern port scene in the style of the painter Charles François Lacroix from Marseille. This small medallion surrounded by a beautiful period frame in molded rosewood, offers a beautiful composition of boats and characters in relief, all on a miniature painted on ivory background representing architectures, boats and trees. If the whole is of great finesse of execution and is completely complete, we can notice some small gaps in the funds, these are perfectly restorable by a specialist. Period glass with small flaws.
