"Rare Watch Holder - Pendulum In Silver Stamped Metal XIXth Charles X Period."
Rare watch holder or portico clock in stamped silver metal with decoration of a parrot and a pair of fire pot on the top, decoration of two birds, bunches of grapes, flowers and palm leaves in the center of the base, columns with decoration lyres and thyrsus, all on a rectangular base decorated with water leaves, flowers and foliage placed on four feet. Original watch movement, white enamelled dial (accidents) and signed on the back of the master watchmaker (to be deciphered), numbered and located in Geneva. Removable movement cover at the back and blocked by a metal rod with a ring as a plug. As it is, in its own juice, the movement works but to be revised, wear to the silver plating, depression on one of the two columns (to be easily debossed), and a foot to reattach Watchmaker's name to decipher.
