Eyraud System Percussion Revolver, With Its Original 19th Century French Case

Revolver with percussion system EYRAUD, with its original case

Barrel with sides, striped, brilliant blue finish and finely engraved; struck on the higher side of the inscription: BREVETE EYRAUD SDG; and on a side of a punch of control.
Engraved round-bodied hammer. Barrel with six shots, brilliant blue completion.
Steel frame, chased with a rose. Thumb lock on the top of the frame, allowing the tilting of the barrel for the extraction of the cylinder.

The fittings are in white polished iron, richly engraved with foliage and geometrical patterns.
Walnut stock and iron cap decorated in suite, with carrying ring.

Original blackened leather case.

Very good condition.
