Large and luminous oil on canvas painted around 1920/1930 by Paul Louis BEAUMONT (Caen 1863 - Paris 1936). This artist exhibited at the Salon des Artistes Français, of which he became a member, at the Salon des Indépendants from 1929 and at the Salon des Tuileries in 1933 and 1935. Landscape painter, nudes and still lifes, he is also recognized for his views from Algeria. Artist referenced in Bénézit: volume 1, p.932, 1999 edition.
