Sl, Au Grand Orient, 1788; in-8, IV + 331 pp + errata, full 20th century brown morocco binding pastiche of a period binding, spine with five nerves decorated with poppy flowers, fillets on the covers, red title piece. Extremely rare first edition of this freemasonry work of which the Grand Orient produced only 60 copies. Copy large margins, not trimmed. Allan Kardec quotes it by presenting it as "an exposition of principles in remarkable agreement with those of spiritualism.".
