Beautiful old candelabra or Candlestick with three lights, in richly carved polychrome porcelain.
Manufacture Eckert & Cie, Volkstedt-Rudolstadt (Thuringia).

Naturalistic in shape, the barrel of this candlestick features a tree trunk decorated with branches, roots and flowers, which rises from a rocky mound. At its top of a flowery bouquet are born three arms of light adorned with interlacing of foliage and flowers, which support at their ends the binets with patterns of acanthus leaves.
The subject which brings a lot of interest and charm to this candelabra and this cherub with a pensive gaze occupied in reading; note the three birds above his head, turtledoves I think, you will notice that the two kissing seem to be celebrating the scene.
