Opera Glasses
Theater binoculars in gilded brass, brown tortoiseshell. Beautiful and fine floral decoration of mother-of-pearl and gold threads. The socket is encrusted with the same motif and a gold medallion. The dial works, the optics are in good condition and the eyecups bear the inscription: "Ve Chevalier * Rue Montmartre 168". The box is original, red with golden threads, the silk interior is faded, it bears the same indications on the cover. Second half of the 19th.
