Born in 1864, daughter of the painter Louis Frezin, Julia Frezin was a student of the painter Jean-François Portaels, she exhibited at the salons of Brussels and Antwerp in 1898 with Spinner, bronze bust and Portrait of MGV, bronze mask, at the 'Universal and International Exhibition in Brussels in 1910 with a Flowers oil and a bust.
