Bamboo cane and bamboo root for the pommel. This 89 cm long cane hides a forged steel dagger from the Coulaux house in Klingenthal (Bas-Rhin). It dates from the end of the 19th century, the very beginning of Art Nouveau (1875-1915). Very good general condition. The quadrangular blade measures 33 cm, well punched and marked. The scabbard is large bamboo (2.5 cm) and in good condition. The end of the original rod or ferrule is made of brass and iron. A small iron nipple serves as a guide to close the cane ...
