The chalice rests on a circular foot shaped like an ogee, the slope is embellished by six oblong cartouches decorated with symbolic elements of the Eucharist: the glorious cross is accompanied by reeds, wheat, bunches of grapes and a large blooming flower. which could be a lotus. The stem has an ovoid knot, accosted by beaded collars and rings. The cylindrical golden cup inside is adorned with a false cut also cut into six reserves corresponding to those of the foot. This chalice is the work of the Parisian silversmith Quentin Bachelet, whose hallmark was inscribed in 1815.
