Beautiful little lady's bag from the end of the 19th century in fabric and metal beads. Also called reticule, purse, chaplain ... This feminine accessory held at the fingertips by an elegant as futile as it is essential to perfect her costume. This particularly original model is made of dark blue cotton threads crocheted and studded with fine faceted metal beads. Low end of a work of metallic beads imitating trimmings. Interior lined with pale blue silk; two metal rings inserted into the fabric allow the bag to retain its cylindrical shape. Ingenious closure with two chains (which also serve as handles) sliding in metal rings sewn on the upper edge.
