Guillerme graduated from the Boulle School in 1940 then became an architect and interior designer for the Rogier establishments. As for Chambron, he graduated from the School of Applied Arts in Reims in 1938 then became a painter and decorator in his own workshop. The two men meet after the war and create their own company "Your House" where each has a specific role: Guillerme creates, Chambron takes care of the commercial part and Emile Dariosecq, cabinetmaker, manufactures the furniture. Success was rapid and they created a wide variety of inexpensive furniture with the use of materials and techniques characteristic of the house such as waxed oak, a light shade of wood or a dark shade obtained through iron oxide. The armchairs and sofas are made on the same model with worked backs, waxed wood and a thick cushion for the seat. In the 1970s, the company was taken over by Chambron's son who subsequently produced his own creations.
