Very beautiful enhanced watercolor representing the quays of the Seine, in the first half of the twentieth century. Frank Will is a Parisian French painter, son of a Dutch painter. He grew up in Paris where he became an essentially watercolor painter, and thus became part of this school of the Parisian landscape of the early twentieth century. He is one of Eugène Paul's friends. This work shows the quality of the drawing, the perspectives, and tells about the Paris of the interwar period. Frame dimensions: 49 cm wide, 41 cm high.
