Porcelain owl from the Royal Copenhagen Manufacture (signed, see photo). This charming owl dates from the mid-twentieth century.Dimensions: height 5.71 in x 2.76 in
This factory was founded by Frantz Heinrich Müller in 1775 and then taken over in 1779 by King Christian VII, it becomes a state manufacture. It is called "Royal Danish Porcelain Factory". Sold in 1868, the manufacture passed in 1882 into the hands of the owners of the Aluminia earthenware factory.
