Fran9aise School 1900 : "children's Games"

French school 1900: "Children's games", oil on canvas 19 X 23 cm mounted in a white and gold frame 24 X 29 cm. Visibly cut from a larger canvas and reimposed by inlay to form a pair, these two fragments capture the attitude of these two toddlers with their toys on the spot. Well, that's it, a page is turned: after 11 years of occupation, we are leaving our official apartment in Biarritz while waiting to find one of our own, but the Galerie de Biarritz is of course continuing its activity. But Nature and I have a horror of emptiness, I let you imagine everything there was inside and the house where we group the move may be large, I will have to separate little by little of a certain number of objects, furniture and paintings… So, it is the case to say it, they are of an excellent origin!
