Elegant man with soft eyes in blue coat and white lavender in three quarter bust, First Empire period. Wear to the paint in the lower part on the arms and chest. Internal brass strapping engraved with a fine palm leaf frieze. Square-shaped stained wood frame with circular view, dimension at sight: 6.2 cm in diameter. The back has a metal suspension ring, covered with old gouache wallpaper and bears a label where is written in ink: Bourgeois P? xit Year 12 RF; (year 12 corresponds to 1803, 1804).
