"Reims Cathedral, By Gustave René Pierre"
Gustave Pierre is a French painter born in Verdun in 1875 and died in Paris in 1939 he was a pupil of Gustave Moreau, Fernand Cormon, Jean Jacques Henner at the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Paris. Gustave Pierre owes the orientation of his career to Reims, a city that preserves several of his paintings, as well as the museums of Luxembourg, New York, and Buenos Aires.
