Teapot / Samovar. Sterling Silver, 800/1000 Period Mid-20th century.Beautifully crafted, its gross weight is 1268 gr. Italian hallmarks.
Hand-hammered by goldsmiths from the Veneto Region, the body of the piece is rounded with sides and surmounted by a hinged cover (reminiscent of a Turkish turban). Handle, in carved rosewood, supported by two side hinges, very decorative The teapot serves 13 tea cups and 16 coffee cups.
Total height, handle raised 26 cm. Diam. 17 cm. The teapot is polished and in perfect conditions.
