Lady's secretary in mahogany and mahogany veneer stamped * JALeclere and JME from the Louis XVI period opening with a drawer, a flap and two leaves molded on their edges. of their gilt bronze pull rings, tan patinated lambskin leather top gilded with small iron. The leaves reveal its original oak box opening thanks to two hinges. Frame mounted mahogany veneer sides, rounded and fluted front uprights, fluted solid mahogany rear uprights. It rests on four small tapered mahogany feet ending in gilded bronze hooves. White Carrara marble top bordered by its gilt bronze gallery. Locks and original gilded bronze. Varnishes and bronzes cleaned by our workshop, beautiful mahogany patina. * Jacques-Antoine Leclerc (1744-1792) Parisian cabinetmaker received Master on September 29, 1779.
