Lute with two (missing) monoxyl carved strings, with naviform body, flat back and resonator pierced with an elongated sound hole. The short handle, of which the two ankles formerly placed in the two circular cavities are missing, represents an ankle carved with an anthropomorphic figure seated on an armchair with a backrest. He wears a headgear, a loincloth with slanting incisions. His fingers are finely individualized, his eyes almond shaped.
This musical instrument was used for religious rituals or courtship displays, accompanied by a second hasapi, a flute and a xylophone.
