Cecil de Blaquiere HOWARD is an american sculpter and artist ,born in 1888 from Englishs parents
in Clifton Niagara-Falls welland county Ontario Canada.and died in New York in 1956.

In 1905, at the early age of 18 th year old ,he enteres the prestigious Academy JULIAN in Paris
where he received during the same year numerous rewards and prices.
In may of this year ,Cecil Howard presented a sculpture of a paysan dressed with a blouse, wearing wood shoes, exhausted after a hard day of labor,sitting sideway on the back of his work horse:
At eighteen years of age ,he is the youngest student at the Academie;
