Large 18th century Louis XIV-Regency wall light, signed Decovigny in Paris, violet wood marquetry, richly adorned with chiseled and gilded bronzes, topped with a winged love in bronze and flanked on the door of a love playing the lyre. Console in violet wood and bronzes, decorated at the angles with female masks and acanthus leaves. Movement signed, wire, cartridges with blue enameled numbers, in good working condition, revised. Very good general condition. Total height 1.45 m, width 0.53 m, depth 0.28 m. Cartel height 1.00 m and base 0.45 m
