Charming bronze on the theme of the game, representing a young, slightly naked woman playing with bones.
This sculpture is in good condition and clean, the carving is refined with a pretty dark brown patina showing a slight wear of time.
The terrace is in black marble and the ossicles are in carved bone, the felt under the object has been changed a short time ago.
Period: late 19th century.
Height: 18 cm.

Weight: 2,690 Kilogram.
NOTE: The Osselet Player, 2nd century BC is a well-known model taken up by many artists with some variations, the famous original antique statue was discovered at Vigna Giustiniani in 1732, is now kept in the Pergamon Museum in Berlin.
This one is old, from the 19th century, unsigned quality.
