"Allegory Of Labor, Bronze Sculpture By Ferdinand Luegerth (austrian 1885-1915)"
A classical bronze female figure holding a book and a laurelas an allegory of work was created by the famous Austrian sculptor Ferdinand Luegerth (18as an allegory of labor was created 85-1915), who lived and worked in Vienna.
Inscription: signed on the Ferd.Lugerth base and marked "AR", famous Viennese foundry manufacture "Arthur Rubinstein"; bronze, dark brown patina. On the plinth inscribed in Latin "Labori Laurus!"

Technique: bronze and patina Measures: H. 56 cm, base 25.5 x 18 cm.
Condition: in good condition, a trace of minimal junktion is visible where the left hand was articulated to the body, some insignificant patina scratches on the back of the figurine.
