Roger Chastel (1897 - 1981)

Renowned French post cubist painter, having participated in various exhibitions and awarded numerous prizes. - National Grand Prize for painting. Works of the artist are preserved in many museums including the Museum of Modern Art of the City of Paris. Work presented: Oil painting on canvas mounted on stretcher "Bouquet of flowers" signed with the stamp of the workshop on the stretcher on the reverse "Chastel Atelier".
