"Brillie Electric Wall Clock"
Electric clock made by Electrique Brillié circa 1930 In its oak case, movement mounted on a marble plate holding a brass sphere, enamelled dial with Roman numerals and marked "Electric Brillié". 'Brillié' was founded in 1898 in Levallois by Charles Vigreux and Lucien Brillié under the name: 'Société en Nom Collectif (SNC) Charles Vigreux and Lucien Brillié'. In 1900/1910 the company changed its name to SNC Brillié Frères and to 1912/1913 for SA Brillié Frères, name that the company will keep until its closure in 1981.
