Large lacquered sheet metal top with floral motifs concentrated in the central part in bright colors and meticulous details, framed by vines in golden tones. These types of pieces, as well as those of oriental inspiration, were highly sought after objects during the reign of Isabella II in Spain, in the 19th century, as in other European countries. This piece is distinguished both by its dimensions and by the subtlety in the development of the flowers which adorn it.
