Tekst źródłowy 1175/5000 Wyniki tłumaczenia Secretary Boulle France, circa 1860 It rests on four S-shaped legs, with a drawer on the side, the top is a cabinet with two doors and solid wings with two drawers in the lower part; the whole is plated, blackened with piano black, high-gloss polished, decorated with inlays of brass threads creating floral motifs, on a tortoiseshell background, furthermore decorated with brass and gilded bronze applications ; A characteristic piece of furniture decorated with "Bulowska marketing" - a decorative technique popularized and perfected by royal furniture designer Charles André Boulle (1642-1732). This technique consisted of simultaneously cutting a pattern from several sheets of glued material, and after cutting the pattern of the assembly of two types of materials in a single composition, obtaining surfaces with a brass pattern on a tortoise shell background. Additionally, the brass has been etched, filling it with black paint.
