Table representing a landscape of the Dordogne entitled "September in Dordogne" by Gaston Pastré (1881-1947). Gaston Pastré was known for his engravings and illustrations. On the back of the panel marks the exhibition stamp of the Armand Drouant gallery, located at 66 rue de Rennes from 1945. It was located at 35 rue de Seine from 1942 to 1944 and at 35 and 37 of the same street from 1932 to 1940. Our charming oil on panel is signed lower left, it is sold with a beautiful gilded frame.
