Solid walnut chest of drawers, poplar interior, with imposing 17th century proportions Measures 96 x 142 x 60 cm

The strongly molded and rather protruding base rests on folder feet.

The front ones have two molded nuts connected by two arches; in the center there are floral decorations thanks to the use of maple.

The division of the 4 large drawers is highlighted by a protruding strip. Each drawer is framed by a rather highlighted molding and divided into elongated rather protruding panels that create an intense chiaroscuro play.

Each drawer has 2 knobs and in the center of the upper drawers the patch is horizontal because this was done then so as not to ruin the inlay or the play of the woods.

A notched rhythmic frame supports the top with rounded edges. The smooth sides, without decoration, are enriched by a molded frame that emphasizes the outline.
