"Console In Golden Wood, Regency Period"
Console from the Regency period in gilded wood, resting on two curved legs connected by a semi-circular crosspiece carved with a large pattern of acanthus leaves, scrolls and garlands of flowers. The three belts are openwork carved with foliage and garlands of flowers with on the front a bearded face decoration typical of the Regency. The top is in veined white marble underlined by a corbin beak, curved in shape and with a flat edge for the angles. Beautiful gilding with gold leaf. 18th century period.
