Documents of French Sculpture, Renaissance, two large folio volumes, 41.5x31 cm, in sheets, published under the direction of Paul Vitry, assistant curator at the Louvre Museum, professor at the National School of Decorative Arts, and Gaston Brière , attached to the conservation of the National Museum of Versailles. Published by Ateliers photomécaniques DA Longuet - 250 Faubourg Saint-Martin Paris. 1911 First part including the table pages of the plates, 92 plates - 570 statuary and decoration documents. Second part including the table pages of the plates, 100 plates - 545 statuary and decoration documents. Interior in very good condition despite the insolated table pages and some foxing. Pearl gray wallets, one of which is a little isolated. Red canvas back in good condition despite wear. Laces closure. This work contains all the productions of the 16th century and follows the one on French Sculpture of the Middle Ages.
