"Large Copper Drip Pan. 18th Century."

Forged basin, wing raised with rolled edge. Rounded sides with double vacuum spout. Double wrought iron tail with crossed reinforcement, and short roll-up crutches. The drip pan, placed between the hâtiers, under the spit, collected the juice of the piece of meat put to roast. Basin: Length: 58 cm. Width: 30 cm. Total height: 54 cm. 18th century.
