Spectacular tripod pedestal table in molded and finely carved solid walnut. Curved base depicting three giant dragonflies with outstretched wings supporting two trays. The upper top is multi-lobed and carved in high relief with floral motifs, it has an inlaid decoration of marsh calthas and a dragonfly in flight. The spacer plate, trilobed in shape, has a decoration of water lilies. Rare and emblematic model which was presented during the Universal Exhibition of 1900 in Paris.
